High School Senior Scholarship 2024

In 2023, Goings Orthodontics started a scholarship program that gives $500-$1000 a year to graduating seniors. $2250 was given to high schoolers to help them pursue their dreams in higher education. A committee of individuals from both inside and outside Goings Orthodontics evaluates each scholarship form submitted.

Goings Orthodontics is excited to continue the GO Scholarshp and award a $500-$1000 to 5 college or trade school bound seniors. The scholarship may be applied toward tuition, books, fees or any other expense related to the student’s first year of school.

Scholarship winners will be notified on or before June 10th and their names and photos may be used for public relations purposes.

    ESSAY #1:

A smile can be a very powerful thing. At Goings Orthodontics, we love making people smile and we strive to spread smiles throughout our community. We believe a smile can have a positive effect on the lives of our patients. How do you feel about this statement? In other words, how has your smile affected your life (in either a positive or negative way)?

    ESSAY #2:

Although we believe that academics are very important, we also believe that being involved in extracurricular and community activities is equally important. In your life, how have your activities outside the classroom influenced you?
